02Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time — just ask us at [email protected]. Kelo warns you when you are close to a limit and says which plan lifts it.
Do I lose data if I move to a smaller plan?
No. Moving down never deletes anything. A company with 12 machines that moves to Essencial keeps all 12 and only cannot add another; maintenance plans are kept and come back with Profissional.
I have more than 20 machines or 20 people.
